Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Installer for a new construction environment.

You will read blueprints, perform rough-in and finish work, install ductwork and equipment, and collaborate with foremen and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Responsibilities include interpreting plans, coordinating with trades, and ensuring compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience as HVAC installer/technician in construction environments.
• Must read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of ductwork, refrigerant piping and condensate systems.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• HVAC trade school training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and specs to determine layouts and materials.
• Perform rough-in installations, including ductwork, vents, and refrigerant lines.
• Finish installations of air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and related components.
• Install refrigerant piping, condensate drains, and low-voltage wiring per codes and diagrams.
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping to project specs.
• Coordinate installation activities with foremen and other trades.
• Ensure installations meet project specs and safety codes.
• Use tools safely and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Identify issues and raise concerns to foreman or project team.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support project completion.
