Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking CDL trainees for an East Coast training program. You’ll earn $850 per week during training and have a guaranteed $1,000 weekly at the start of solo runs for three months, with home time every two weeks.

The program includes 4–6 weeks with a mentor before solo operation, paid benefits after training, and the chance to build miles across the eastern seaboard in late-model Freightliners. Trainees welcome, with no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• At least 21 with valid Class A CDL and 120 hours CDL school.
• Trainees welcome; experienced drivers: 6 months in past year or 12 months in past 5 years.
• DD214 considered for military drivers.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years; no serious violations in 12 months.
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years; no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4–6 weeks of mentorship before solo driving.
• Drive dry van freight up and down the eastern seaboard.
• Maintain safety and CDL compliance while on the road.
• Home time every two weeks during training and operation.
