Job summary

Wagner Subaru in Fairborn, OH is seeking a New Vehicle Product Specialist who makes car buying enjoyable, transparent, and pressure‑free. No automotive sales experience is required; you’ll educate customers on Subaru products, technology, safety features, and ownership benefits.

You will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from inquiry to delivery, conduct demos and test drives, and maintain records and follow‑ups.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday rotations.

What You'll Do

Schedule

  • Minimum 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Saturday (shortened weekend hours)
  • Rotating evenings
  • Rotating holidays (shortened holiday hours)
  • Two days off per week
