Job Description

Honda of Jefferson City is hiring a Sales Consultant for our store. We refer to our Sales Consultants as Experience Guides. You will play a key role in creating a fantastic guest experience at our store. If you are self-sufficient, resilient, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you. As an Experience Guide, you will assist guests throughout the entire car sales process.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with vehicle selection, presentation of protection products, and overall guest experience.
• Provide clear, transparent options for guests to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure every guest, whether purchasing a vehicle or not, has an exceptional experience.
• Take pride in your work, celebrate with guests, and be part of a team that values doing things the right way.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated consultative sales experience.
• Experience in a retail environment.
