Overview

Position Summary: Works directly with the campus pastor to execute Student Ministry programming, leadership development, and vision.

Christian Requirements

Essential Functions

• Coordination and development of leaders and team members.
• Assist in the coordination of student events and services throughout the week.
• Build relationships with students and parents.
• Build teams for the New Campus Campus Student Ministry, i.e., Groups, serving teams, and special events.
• Cultivate relationships with school leaders and staff.
• Manage the growth process in Students for the New Campus Campus.
• Attends staff, departmental meetings, and safety and health training, as required, on time.
• Works when scheduled and complies with the company's attendance policy.
• Observe and practice all safety procedures and policies.
• Position may require some travel.
• Participates in training as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

This position primarily involves working in indoor environmental conditions. It necessitates the capacity for prolonged sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and flexible movement. Occasionally, lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds with assistance may be required. Proficiency in operating a computer, phone system, and other office equipment is necessary.

Office Hours

Monday - Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, weekly student gatherings, weekend gatherings, and special events (primarily at the New Campus Campus).
