• At least 2-4 years of restaurant, bakery café, hospitality, or retail management experience preferred.
• Experience training, coaching, or developing team members strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality, guest service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, setup, training, and execution of new café openings.
• Coach franchise teams on service standards and brand execution.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and presentation to Paris Baguette standards.
• Travel extensively to support new cafe openings and NY market cafés.
