Job summary

Ascension Coffee is opening a new café in Fall 2026 in Texas. We’re seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage COGs, labor, and guest experience.

You will build a high-performing team, oversee inventory, invoicing, payroll, and scheduling, ensure food safety, and uphold Ascension Coffee standards through strong coaching and collaboration. Availability nights/weekends required.

Qualifications

• F&B leadership experience required.
• Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between locations and work nights/weekends.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, COGs, labor, and operational targets.
• Build and nurture a highly skilled team.
• Execute inventory management, invoicing, payroll, and scheduling.
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards with a focus on food safety.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
