What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and establish relationships with schools and districts to expand the Book Fair business
- Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of potential school partners
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and improve lead generation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective sales and service methods
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales
- Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with peers, superiors, and customers
