What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through various outreach methods
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and set up appointments for Account Managers
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy through Book Fairs
- Manage and track sales activity and progress toward goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and sales techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
