What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads by understanding schools' needs and interests, setting up appointments, and passing qualified leads to Account Managers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and track progress toward sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies and improve lead generation efficiency
- Support customer satisfaction through effective sales and servicing methods

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including oral presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Proven leadership ability and qualities demonstrated in a sales environment
- Ability to execute a vision and manage multiple priorities effectively
