Job summary

Ava Tech is seeking a Sales Manager New Business for our retail lighting segment, focusing on the DACH market. This role involves building a sales pipeline and acquiring new customers amongst retail chains and shopfitters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience and fluency in German and English.

We offer a permanent full-time position with a base salary of €45,000–55,000, uncapped commissions, and an OTE of around €80,000 in the first year. Flexible working options are available within Germany.

• Proven sales success with target achievement.
• Experience in lighting or retail projects is a plus.
