Job description

Hello!

We’re Wildix, a global leader in Unified Communications & Collaboration as a Service (UCaaS) and we’re on a mission to redefine how businesses connect. Our secure, web-based and AI-powered solutions help companies around the world collaborate smarter, serve customers better and grow stronger — and we want you to help shape what’s next.

About Us…

In 2005, brothers Dimitri and Steve Osler set out to reimagine how businesses communicate, and that vision became Wildix. Today, from our headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia, Wildix is one of the world’s fastest-growing UCaaS companies, with 300+ team members from 15+ nationalities, working across Europe, the UK, the Americas and beyond. We serve businesses in 135+ countries through a partner-first ecosystem, delivering secure, intuitive solutions that keep companies connected, productive and ready for what’s next.

At Wildix, we don’t just build technology, we live it. As a remote-first company, we rely on our own platform every day to collaborate globally and innovate fast. With steady growth and a strong foundation, we offer real opportunities to advance your career as we scale, making an impact in a global team that’s shaping the future of work.

At Wildix, our mission is clear: Empower companies worldwide with seamless communication solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and growth.

About the Role

As a New Business Partner Development Manager, you are owning the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to activation and account growth.
You’ll identify, recruit, and onboard new MSPs, VARs, and System Integrators, then work closely with them to activate sales, drive adoption, and accelerate MRR in the early stages of the relationship (first 12 months).
This is both a hunter and farmer role: you’ll grow the Wildix Partner Ecosystem while ensuring every partner you bring on becomes an active, revenue-producing member of our Ecosystem.

What You Will Do
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners (MSPs, System Integrators, and IT Consultants), managing the full partner acquisition lifecycle from prospecting through successful launch.
  • Drive partner activation by delivering enablement sessions, business planning workshops, and hands-on support to accelerate first deals and recurring revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners at all levels, including C-suite stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities through joint business planning and regular performance reviews.
  • Develop and execute partner go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Enablement teams to maximize partner success and market expansion.
  • Manage partner pipeline, sales activities, and forecasting through Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular updates on recruitment, activation, pipeline, and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to continuously improve partner programs, contribute to regional growth initiatives, and implement scalable best practices across the business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed partner recruitment, activation, MRR, and sales targets while executing against agreed KPIs and development objectives.
What You Will Bring
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, channel management, or partner development (SaaS or UCaaS preferred).
  • Proven ability to recruit and activate partners that deliver measurable MRR.
  • Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, or IT consulting business models.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to territory and account management.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs.
