Nassau Financial Group is seeking a New Business Associate to support the New Business team in Hartford, CT. You will review applications, set up cases, and verify details to keep the process moving smoothly.

You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat and email, perform outbound follow-ups on funds status, and support Medicare Supplement Open Enrollment processing. Join a collaborative, performance-driven team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Experience with data entry and basic problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Perform data entry for applications across multiple lines of business.
• Set up cases for New Business Case Manager after reviewing forms for accuracy.
• Review first submissions and identify missing requirements.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email; perform outbound updates on funds.
• Open Enrollment and Straight Through Processing for Medicare Supplement line.
