Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service/call center experience
• Annuity or insurance experience is a plus
• Ability to sign in and start shift on time
• Proactive in researching transactions to prevent inaccuracies
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to set priorities and manage tasks in order
• Effective problem solving using reference materials and peers
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Servicing and/or processing financial and administrative transactions during the policy lifecycle
• Handle payments, disbursements, in-force illustrations, and claims support
• Serve as a single point of contact for client inquiries and resolve complex issues
• Research, develop, organize, and prioritize solutions balancing client and business needs
• Participate in department projects impacting customer experience
• Support corporate initiatives and distribution relationships affecting issuance and servicing
• Work in a team environment; extensive training provided
• Perform other duties as assigned
