Responsibilities

• Process newly submitted Individual Life and Individual Disability insurance applications in compliance with business and regulatory requirements
• Review new business submissions and process policy issuance activities, payments, and policy changes
• Keep customers informed throughout the handling of their requests
• Develop expertise in operational processes, fraud controls, and risk management practices
• Collaborate with peers to meet quality, productivity, and customer experience goals
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and enhance the customer experience
• Expand knowledge and skills through training, development opportunities, and stretch assignments
• Report directly to a New Business CARE Team Leader
