Job Summary

An exciting opportunity to join Canteen One’s Implementation/Project team working with Fortune 500 clients nationwide! The Sales Transition Partner manages onboarding of new business, contract reviews, and coordinates roll-out timelines with our National Sales Team, Client Managers, and Clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Facilitate weekly sales due diligence calls and follow up with action items
2. Partner with the National Sales team to onboard new business
3. Conduct launch calls to roll out new programs internally
4. Manage projects and deadlines for store openings, client rollouts, and program changes
5. Evaluate project deliverables and track/report on project status, success metrics, and issues
6. Communicate client expectations and discuss solutions internally
7. Determine internal resource needs for projects
8. Provide project updates to Canteen One leadership
9. Maintain communication with clients regarding project status and issues
10. Prepare project status reports and track metrics
11. Maintain accurate risk tracking documents
12. Summarize project statuses for field partners and outline actions
13. Gather and present relevant information using professional mediums
14. Present via calls, webinars, or in-person meetings
15. Run verification reports to ensure system setup accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or five years of service business experience with three years in project management or account management
• Minimum of five years of business experience
• Experience with project management, implementation, and relationship building preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload accurately and timely
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (calculations, VLookup)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) and report writing preferred
