Qualifications

• 4+ years of client-facing business development or 'producer' experience in a creative agency.
• Strong written communication and proposal narrative skills.
• Operational rigor with tight timelines and project management.
• AI tooling fluency and willingness to implement new workflows.

Responsibilities

• Draft basic proposals and structure client narratives.
• PM for major RFPs: timelines, budgeting, cross-functional coordination.
• Manage Growth Inbox: triage inbound inquiries and set up initial meetings.
• Coordinate marketing operations, CRM hygiene, and outreach logistics.
