FASTSIGNS Lansing is seeking a dynamic New Business Development Manager to drive revenue by cultivating relationships with local businesses. You’ll work in the field and with our in-house team to deliver signage, graphics, and branding solutions, meeting clients face-to-face and managing opportunities from initial contact to close.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B sales, solid communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage time and plan effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales; signage, printing, or marketing experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong self-management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with outside sales and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
• Respond to and convert inbound sales inquiries into long-term customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand signage needs.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Track sales activities and manage leads using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
