Security National Financial Corporation in Utah is seeking a Policy Issue Clerk to join our new business department. This entry-level role offers a starting wage of $12–$16/hour and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, customer service oriented, and detail-focused, with the ability to multi-task in a team environment. We provide a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish language, able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service oriented and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a dynamic, friendly and outgoing personality.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:45 pm.

Responsibilities

• Enter new applications.
• Inbound & outbound calls from the sales force.
• Provide excellent customer service on phone and via email.
• Assist with underwriting responsibilities and tasks.
• Other special projects as assigned.

This is an entry level position with a starting wage between $12-$16/hour (depending on experience) with a Monday - Friday schedule.
