Job summary

Security National Financial Corporation is seeking an organized insurance administrative professional to process new business applications, review for accuracy, and update policy records. You will work with underwriters and agents to resolve questions and ensure timely policy issuance.

Responsibilities include entering data into systems, performing phone inspections, and handling policy changes and refunds. Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer operation skills
• Ability to type 35 wpm
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Monday to Friday 8am–5pm

Responsibilities

• Process applications for new business in life insurance

• Enter applications into administrative systems
• Collaborate with underwriting and agents to resolve questions
• Conduct phone inspections with applicants
• Communicate with agents on pending applications
• Issue and mail policies
• Cancel declined/expired applications and process premium refunds
• Record journal entries for plan changes and refunds

This position will process applications for new business. Duties include reviewing life insurance applications to ensure completion, policy changes, changing policy records to reflect changes, canceling insurance policies as requested by customers or agents, and consistent communication with customers and agents to verify the accuracy of application and policies.

What You’ll Love About Us:

Requirements

What We’ll Love About You:
