Job summary

Podean is seeking a data analytics leader to drive the development and delivery of reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights into client performance across Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and other digital commerce platforms.

You will ensure data accuracy and integrity, collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams, and translate data insights into strategic recommendations to boost client ROI.

• Become the expert in the tools and technology we utilize to serve our clients, to both help our client management teams and to effectively gather repeatable data outputs.
• Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
• Collaborate with account managers and other teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance client performance and ROI.
• Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for client strategies.

Data Integrity:

• Have a strong understanding of the data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and analyses.
• Apply a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
