Job summary

AVNA is seeking a motivated individual to join the Staple Loading department as a F&A level 2 Operator. You will maintain the operation of the Degating/pusher center, Staple loading, and Staple resetting.

Responsibilities include inspection and recording results, with experience inspecting under a microscope preferred. The role requires basic math, reading/writing, and solid verbal communication, along with adherence to safety procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to visually inspect parts under a microscope or magnification.
• Experience with microscope inspection is preferred.
• Follows standard policies and safety procedures; basic math for measurements and counting.

Responsibilities

• Basic computer skills required to operate equipment and log results.

Job description

AVNA is seeking a motivated individual to join the Staple Loading department as a F&A level 2 Operator. As a level 2 Operator you will be maintaining the operation of Degating/pusher center, Staple loading, and Staple resetting. Primary tasks required include monitoring and performing 1-200% inspection of parts. Experience with inspecting under a microscope is highly preferred. Current Opening: F&A Operator Level 2

Schedule: 12.5 hour shift

1st Shift - 6:30 am - 7 pm

2nd shift 6:30 pm - 7am

Responsibilities to include:

• Can visually inspect parts under microscope
• Trim, Degate, clip parts as needed
• Basic computer skills
• Solid verbal communication
• Follows standard policies and safety procedures
• Follows work process instructions
• Pack parts according to customers' requirements.
• Ability to read/write and do basic math
• Able to navigate Plex, and make labels
• Keep Equipment and work area clean.
