Job summary

Paris Parker- Mandeville is seeking an outgoing New Artist who is passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow with a successful organization.

You will train in all required classes, perform chemical and design services, and support clients from consultation to checkout while promoting retail.

Experience in high-volume retail sales is required and you will collaborate with senior staff to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years high volume retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend training classes prescribed by Hair Service Manager.
• Provide chemical and design services for clientele (consults, cuts, styles, highlights, perms).
• May do makeup touch ups, hand facials, or assist senior staff when not booked.
• Promote retail sales to clientele.
• Educate guests on products and demonstrate products for a smooth checkout.
• Help manage appointment books and scheduling.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and staff.
• Maintain clean sales and stock areas; assist in inventory monthly.

• Provide excellent customer service by educating guests on products, performing product demonstrations on customers, and ensuring guests have a smooth transition from the beginning of an appointment until they check out.
• Help manage appointment books and scheduling.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members.
• Help maintain clean sales and stock areas and assist in inventory as required monthly.
