Paris Parker Hammond in Louisiana is seeking an outgoing New Artist to join our beauty team and grow with a successful organization. You will participate in required trainings and provide chemical and design services for clients, from consults to styling.

You will educate guests on products, demonstrate with enthusiasm, promote retail, help manage appointment books, and support inventory and stock maintenance alongside senior staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years high volume retail sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Attend training classes prescribed by Hair Service Manager.
• Provide chemical and design services for clients (consults, cuts, styles, highlights, perms).
• May do makeup touch ups, hand facials, or assist senior staff when not booked.
• Promote retail sales to clientele.
• Educate guests on products and perform product demonstrations; ensure smooth checkout.
• Help manage appointment books and scheduling.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and staff.
• Maintain clean sales/stock areas; assist in monthly inventory.
