Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Plan & Trust Associate to join the New Accounts department on a hybrid schedule. In-office days are three per week, across St. Petersburg, FL; Memphis, TN; or Southfield, MI, with the rest remote.

You will handle client inquiries, document management in Microsoft Office, and support senior colleagues with policy and regulatory guidance while building familiarity with client management systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 7 to 12 months general work experience.
• Hybrid work style and client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of the organization’s policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure compliant work.
• Answer calls and assist callers or those emailing with information requests; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Produce, update, and provide best-practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems.
