Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Client Account Manager for Transportation in Nevada. You will lead strategic relationships, external relations, and business development for transportation clients across Nevada, including Design‑Build and other delivery methods.

You will collaborate with internal teams to sustain workload and grow the pipeline. The role emphasizes building long-term client partnerships, advancing collaborative opportunities, and representing Jacobs with public-sector and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 15+ years of transportation infrastructure experience, with credibility with clients.
• Progressively responsible leadership roles in project delivery, operations, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for DOT and municipal clients, driving client service excellence and growth strategy.
• Align transportation market strategy with the Transportation Market Growth Director to support portfolio goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry partners to expand Jacobs’ presence.
• Support hiring strategies, team development, and office growth to strengthen regional capabilities.
• Lead pursuit and proposal strategy with disciplined sales processes and win themes.
• Collaborate with project and sales teams on pursuit planning, proposal development, interviews, and presentations.
• Meet the sales goal for the year and develop three to five plans to meet future sales goals.
• Represent Jacobs in industry and community organizations to enhance market visibility and brand presence.
• Guide multi-disciplinary client service teams around a shared vision of client success.
