Our Culture

Our mission at REDi is to enhance community care by empowering small and rural hospitals to unlock the full potential of their data. Through collaboration and tailored support, we help hospital staff drive sustained improvements in outcomes and create a lasting value for their communities.

We do our best work with people who keep their word, treat others with respect and kindness, embrace innovation, build trust-based relationships, and take ownership of outcomes. As a remote organization, we value accountability, strong communication, and a willingness to step in wherever needed to support the team and our mission.

The Opportunity
