Job summary

Aura Health is seeking an RN for the Neurovascular Intensive Care Unit (NVICU) to provide specialized, high-acuity care to neurologic and vascular ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital setting in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

The role requires strong assessment skills, the ability to titrate critical IV medications, operate advanced monitoring, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You will educate families and maintain thorough documentation, upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
