• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Administer medications, monitor response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide care by responding to patient requests and educating patients.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps, translating complex medical terminology
