TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join the Neurosurgical team. You will deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with providers, using nursing models and advocacy to support outcomes.

In this role you will assess, perform procedures, administer medications, document care, educate patients and families, and respond to requests promptly. A BSN or ADN with RN licensure is required, and ACLS may be required within 30 days of

Competenze

• Active RN license in Tennessee or eligible for licensure.
• ACLS certification obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing (RN).
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care in the medical record.
