Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care within our trauma and acute care units. The role emphasizes collaboration with the healthcare team, adherence to the nursing process, and commitment to TMH's ICARE values.

Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing, Florida RN license, BLS/CPR certification. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; experience is optional but two years is favored.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Licensed RN in Florida per Florida Nurse Practice Act; BLS/CPR required; other life support as designated by work area.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care within the nursing scope.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to apply nursing process autonomously.
• Leads, mentors, and role models for other healthcare team members.
