Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking an RN to provide compassionate patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate care, and mentor other staff in a dynamic hospital setting.

Required: Associate degree in nursing and Florida RN license with BLS/CPR. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and two years RN experience. Includes eligibility for a sign-on bonus under certain conditions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license in Florida required; BLS/CPR certification required.
• Other specialized life support may be required by work area.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care through collaboration with the healthcare team and the nursing process.
• Leads, mentors, and role models for other healthcare team members.
• Coordinates and delegates care in a safe, secure, and clean environment.
