You'll work with three neurosurgeons, a neurohospitalist, and APPs in a hospital-based setting equipped with a Gamma Knife, Neuro ICU, inpatient rehab, and EEG capabilities.

• Board eligible or board certified in Neurology.

Responsibilities

• Neuro consults (~8 per day) and inpatient rounding.
• EEG interpretation and lumbar punctures.
• Collaborate with a team of neurosurgeons, neurohospitalist and APPs.

Position Highlights

• Specialty: Neurology (inpatient/consultative focus)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday; no traditional call required
• Clinical Responsibilities: Neuro consults (approximately 8 per day), inpatient rounding, EEG interpretation, and lumbar punctures
• Team Structure: Collaborative group of 3 neurosurgeons, 1 neurohospitalist, and APPs
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based at The Hospitals of Providence – Sierra Campus
• Advanced Resources: Gamma Knife, 12-bed Neuro ICU, 24-bed inpatient rehab, and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
• Support: Highly trained and versatile neuro ICU team
• Billing & Collections: Handled entirely in-house — no administrative burden on physicians
