St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Patient Concierge in Quakertown, PA to deliver a compassionate, patient-centered experience.

You will greet patients, assist with check-in/check-out, registrations, scheduling and real-time eligibility verification, while guiding patients through MyChart education and service inquiries. This role emphasizes excellent communication and teamwork in a healthcare setting.

Formación

• Front-desk and patient-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills required.
• Ability to verify insurance and collect payments accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients and guests in a polite, compassionate manner.
• Performs check-in/check-out, pre-registration and real-time eligibility verification.
• Assists with registration, MyChart education, and appointment scheduling as applicable.
• Handles point-of-service payments and inquiries about forms and medical records.
• Maintains waiting room coverage and supports receptio n procedures.
• Coordinates with Access Center and care team for time-sensitive scheduling and inquiries.
