The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in PA studies or nursing, active licensure, and national board certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physician assistant studies and CO license; PA-C with NCCPA certification; DEA license to prescribe; eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid provider status; no sanctions or exclusions.
• Nurse Practitioner: Master’s in nursing; NP license; ANCC/AANPCB certification; prescriptive authority eligibility; active NP license.

Responsibilities

• 60% outpatient clinic, 40% OR first assist and inpatient rounding in Pueblo, CO.
• Collaborative team of four advanced practice providers with strong support.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; call 8–10 days per month.
