Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group in Texas is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our neurosurgery team. The role includes night shifts, ER evaluations, inpatient rounding, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver advanced neurosurgical care.

You will work 7 PM to 7 AM on a 7-on/7-off schedule, support the level 1 neurosurgical team and on-call coverage, with a competitive salary and benefits package that includes CME, malpractice, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Texas license or willingness to apply.
• Physician Assistant Board Certification.
• Experience in Neurosurgery or Critical Care.
• Degree in Physician Assistant studies from an approved PA program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and consulting Neurosurgery ER patients.
• Inpatient rounding and management of Neurosurgery patients.
• Assist in providing neurosurgical care and innovative techniques as part of a busy level 1 team.
• Support the neurosurgical on-call team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to deliver comprehensive care.
