We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused, and highly organized Oncology Nurse Coordinator to serve as a primary clinical contact for patients and caregivers throughout their healthcare journey. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who excels in care coordination, patient advocacy, communication, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
The Oncology Nurse Coordinator serves as the primary clinical contact for patients and caregivers, offering personalized support throughout the healthcare journey.
Starting hourly rate is $53.58, comprised of the base hourly rate of $44.54 and geographical differential of $9.04 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology, neurosurgery, and/or surgical services.
Experience with telephone triage, patient assessment, symptom management, and care coordination is essential. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical judgment and the ability to independently assess patient needs, prioritize concerns, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
A professional nursing certification, such as the Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential or a related specialty certification, is preferred. Experience serving in anurse coordinator or similar role, including patient education, treatment coordination, scheduling of services, and facilitating communication among providers, patients, and families, is highly desirable.
