Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a registered nurse for a 43-bed Med/Surg unit in a full-time night-shift position with benefits and sign-on bonus eligibility. You will provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards.

Responsibilities include promoting patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and ensuring clear communication across care teams.

Qualifications

• RN license required; Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree and two years of experience.
• Must be able to work in a safety-sensitive environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with input from care teams and clear communication.
