Job summary

Market Street Staffing is seeking a Board-certified Neurosurgery APRN/PA for a long-term locum position in Billings, MT. The role involves day and night coverage on 12‑hour shifts (6:00–6:00), cerner EMR, and independent contractor terms.

Ideal candidates have NP or PA credentials with neuroscience experience, BLS/ACLS, and a 1‑year neuro surgery background. Travel benefits apply if you live more than 50 miles from the facility.

Qualifications

• Broad clinical knowledge for neurosurgery/APP scope.
• Active NP PA licensure; Montana APRN/PA credentials.
• Experience in perioperative and neurocritical care settings is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Licenses& Certifications:

• Activeand unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse(APRN) license in Montana
• Nationalcertification as an NP in a relevant specialty area by arecognized certifying body (e.g., American Academy ofNurse Practitioners [AANP])
• Activeand unencumbered physician assistant (PA) license in Montana
• Nationalcertification from the National Commission onCertification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Experience:

• Whilespecific requirements may vary, most locum APP positionsprefer candidates with at least one year of experiencein a clinical setting relevant to their specialty

Travel:
