You will accompany the provider into the exam room, list diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and document orders for labs, imaging, medications, and procedures, ensuring accurate charting and compliance.

Qualificações

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of related experience.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Accompanies provider into the patient examination room to document the provider's encounter with the patient.
• Lists all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as follow-up instructions and prescriptions as indicated by the provider.
• Transcribes patient orders including but not limited to laboratory tests, radiology tests and medications.
• Documents procedures performed by the provider.
