Job summary

Qualifications

• Assists provider by documenting the provider-patient encounter during the patient exam exactly as it is verbalized.
• Lists all diagnoses and symptoms, follow-up instructions and prescriptions as indicated by the provider.
• Transcribes patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests and medications.
• Documents procedures performed by the provider.

Responsibilities
