Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a clinician to provide comprehensive inpatient neurosurgery care from admission through discharge. You will conduct rounds, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a Portland, OR setting.
