You will apply established nursing models, advocate for patients and families, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while supporting departmental performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN with an Associate Degree

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team.
• Document administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures.
• Promote evidence-based practices and participate in continuous improvement to meet quality measures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan.
