Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Specialist II, Neurosurgery to drive sales growth and provide clinical and technical support for its neurosurgical portfolio within the assigned territory.

The role collaborates with surgeons and OR staff to deliver product expertise and ensure patient outcomes across hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Cleveland or Columbus, OH, with access to major airports and a strong field presence to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of medical device sales experience selling to surgeons and hospital staff.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Calls on current customers and prospects; provides technical, marketing, and administrative product information and demonstrations; quotes appropriate customer prices using online quoting system.
• Provides product specific information for the best therapeutic outcome; explains advanced characteristics to OR staff and surgeons.
• Provides clinical support in surgical procedures, troubleshooting, and follow ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Provides training and in-services for assigned products.
• Manages customer needs and acts as liaison between customer and internal departments.
• Maintains account records and reports activities as required.
