Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a PA/NP for inpatient neurosurgery at our Burlington, MA location. You will manage pre/post-op patients, participate in daily inpatient service and emergencies, and assist in complex neurosurgical procedures.

Qualified candidates will have neurosurgery experience, strong clinical and communication skills, and MA APP license with prescriptive authority and DEA registration. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program (AGACNP or ACNP pathway acceptable).
• MA prescriptive authority and DEA registration are required.

Pay Range

$133,120.00 USD – $215,000.00 USD. The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
