Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with patients/families in care planning.
• Knowledge of diverse backgrounds and ability to convey respect and connect effectively.
• Understanding of effective communication concepts and techniques.
• Language of partnership with patients and families in health care.
• Appropriate delegation to team members.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Knowledge of health information documentation methods.
