Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice.

• Effective communication with patients, families, and team; appropriate delegation.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Health information documentation practices.
• RN license in PA.

Responsibilities
