Join a team of three surgeons and four NPRs with 16 OR suites, 80% spine and 20% cranial, no trauma, and clinics averaging 10–15 patients per day. Guaranteed base of $850,000 plus RVU production, sign-on, relocation, malpractice, health/dental, and more.

About the Practice

Join a growing, hospital-employed Neurosurgery practice within a 571-bed tertiary care hospital, supported by a strong network of nearly 500 physicians. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a surgeon seeking a spine-focused practice with immediate volume and long-term stability.

Practice Highlights

• Team of three (3) full-time surgeons and four (4) NPRs


• 16 OR suites, dedicated block time weekly


• Spine heavy practice; 80% spine, 20% cranial


• Average 10-15 patients in office on clinic days


• No trauma

Compensation & Benefits

• $850,000 guaranteed base + RVU production + paid call
