StaffMed Health Partners, LLC invites a Board Certified/Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a high-volume practice in Harlingen, TX. Join a Level II Trauma Center with a Comprehensive Stroke Center and a full neuroscience team equipped with Brainlab, AIRO, and da Vinci robotics for advanced spine and cranial cases.

The role offers an immediate patient volume, 2 clinic days per week with 15–20 patients daily, and surgery days with dedicated OR time and First Assist support, plus relocation and visa

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
• Case mix of approximately 60% spine and 40% cranial.
• Immediate patient volume with a high-demand market and integrated neuroscience team.

Responsibilities

• Perform neurosurgical procedures with a spine/cranial mix.
• Clinic 2 days per week, ~15–20 patients per day.
• Surgical days with dedicated block OR time and First Assist in the OR.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-demand market with immediate patient volume, advanced surgical resources, and a fully integrated neuroscience team at a 586-bed Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Case mix of approximately 60% spine and 40% cranial
• Practice supported by a Level II Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and 14-bed Neuro ICU
• Immediate patient volume with significant regional demand and opportunity for long-term practice growth
• Approximately 2 clinic days per week with 15–20 patients per day
• Surgery days as needed with dedicated block OR time available
• Dedicated Certified First Assist support in the OR
• Established neuroscience team including endovascular neurologists, neurohospitalists, outpatient neurologists, and physiatrists
