Banner University Medical Group Phoenix seeks an Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon with leadership ambitions to expand the Neurosciences Program in Scottsdale and the Phoenix market. The role blends busy clinical neurosurgery with protected leadership time to build an integrated Oncology program alongside Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center.

The successful candidate will help shape strategy, foster multidisciplinary collaboration, and contribute to education of residents and fellows

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training or demonstrated expertise in Neurosurgical Oncology.
• Leadership, program development, or administrative experience preferred.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated Neurosurgical Oncology Program.
• Shape program strategy, clinical growth, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Lead resident and fellow education within a growing regional program.
